Hi!

Welcome to Healthcaremagic. com.

I have read your query in detail and do understand your concern.

This cream contains few harmful ingredients like strong steroids and hence it may cause a lot of unwanted side effects like irritation, hair growth on face, thinning of skin, wrinkles on face, pimples and even steroid dependence.

You should stop using it immediately.
You may use a sunscreen lotion and get chemical peeling done from your dermatologist.

Depigmenting cream or facewash can be recommended to you for improving your condition depending upon your specific skin type and by looking at a picture of your condition.

Hope this helps!

Good luck!

hi. I have read your question and understand your concern.

the creams that you have mentioned contain potent steroids and should not be used without prescription of a dermatologist. potent topical steroids can lead to various side effects such as skin thinning, hypertrichosis, pimples, infections and many more. so I suggest you stop these creams.

as far as your black spot on nose is concerned, we need to know what it is to treat it. I suggest you see a dermatologist and get a confirmatory diagnosis so that proper treatment can be started.

hope this helps. for any further questions please get back to us. thanks.
