Suggest Treatment For A Block In The Fallopian Tube

Hi just wondered if i had a blockage in my falopian tube would i still ovulated. I have been ttc for a year and finished my period on the 26th this month lasted 4 day then stopped completely and then 2 days later i had a brown discharge and today i got a high on my ovulation monitor, so desperate to have a baby , please advise.
