Suggest Treatment For A Blood Blister On The Chest
I have a blood blister that was determined by my physician on my chest. It started out really small. My Dr. ruptured it and said it could come back, which it did with in a few minutes. I went back a second time and she tried to did a little deeper to try and get what ever is under the skin is out. With that she has now referred me to a dermotoligist. I cannot get in until Jan of 2015. What I am experiencing now is that it has grown to 1/8 of an inch across, I rupture it several times a day and it just fills back up. Its very annoying. It has ruptured on its own while I sleep. How do I get rid of this? Thank you for your help!
I can understand your concern for blood blister on the chest. I can get form your history that are self rupturing the blister multiple times which is actually a very bad practice. It can get infected any time and can cause serious complications. It appears to be due to deep seated cause over the chest wall and requires proper excision and evaluation.
I suggest you to visit hospital and consult a surgeon to excise the blister. It appears to be deep seated and requires proper thorough evaluation by the surgeon rather than a dermatologist. I again suggest you to not pinch or pop or rupture the blister by yourself. I again suggest you to meet a doctor immediately. Take care.
