Suggest Treatment For A Boil In Vaginal Area

I'm 16 years old going on 17 and it seems like ever since I started shaving. The skin around my vagina has had a boil for quite some time now but I thought maybe a hot towel would get rid of it, but I've had no luck. How do I get rid of this unwanted growth?
