Suggest Treatment For A Boil On Labia Majora

Hi I have what I believe to be a boil on my labia, it is very painful and about the size of a quarter. I have started antibiotics but I was wondering if there is anything else I can do. I recently started walking slot and was told that it could have been caused by that, is this true?
