Suggest Treatment For A Bone Injury In The Chest

Hi i was playing football and ran flat out into someone else smashing my my chest bone hard (where the heart is). When it happened my full left arm went numb instantly and then went back to normal about 30 seconds later. It has been a full week since it happened and i am still getting pain in my chest when i move the wrong way and breathe out, do you think there is a chance i may have broken or fractured something?.
