Suggest Treatment For A Broken Back

doctor said I had good old fashion broken back after others said there was nothing in the ER drovehhome for 2 hous until legs went to sleep.tied to get out for car barely could walk..age 66 besides indsides bumped around pritty good caucing other problems.what to exspect?
