Suggest Treatment For A Brown Patch On The Face

I have round brown patch on my face, I had gone through one laser treatment. After the treatment it looks worse. I was suppose to do the second treatment, my doctor wasn t very keen to do and said it s going to take years to disappear. Leave it to heal naturally. I don t know if there is any other treatment, pleas help
