Suggest Treatment For A Bruise Appearing On The Knee

About 9 days ago a very bad bruise appeared at the back of my knee I do not recall any injury just felt discomfort looked and saw a very large bruise. It didn't hurt and I pretty much forgot it was there. Then yesterday, with the bruise clearing, it started to hurt and is slightly swollen. I now have discomfort in that area.



Also do tend to bruise on my thighs noticed one small spot of bruising yesterday and today 3 more small spots of bruising have appeared on my thighs there are 2 spots on each thigh.
