Suggest Treatment For A Bruise In The Ankle Caused By Wearing Heels

i was wearing heels and went over on my ankle and heard a crack. ive left it 24hours there's not much swelling but it hurts to walk. the pain is at its worse when i try to put pressure on the ball of my foot and the pain goes all the way up the front of my foot and ankle. is it worth getting it seen to?
