Suggest Treatment For A Bruise On The Calf

for 3 months I get a bruise in the same spot on my outer right leg calf, it feels like a knot or Charlie horse. It s brown but kind of has a shadow ring, tendor pain and stiff. No swelling and not hot. If I push on the dime size bruise, it feels hallow. I have disc problems in my back and sometimes get numbness, but this not like that

Hi, thanks for choosing HCM,
It could be VARICOSE VEINS.
It is hereditary. it is due to poor function of valves
at that area.
Better to wear compression stockings.
Elevate your legs during sleep.
Avoid long stands.
consult your near surgeon to discuss the problem.
