Suggest Treatment For A Bruise On The Leg

I was working in the yard with my dad picking up pieces from a tree that was struck by lightning. he was cutting the tree into small logs and one rolled off the roof and landed on my leg. Now I have a lump on my left leg where it hit and some minor bruising. What could it be?
