Suggest Treatment For A Bulky Uterus

Hi, My USG scan report is like this - Bulky uterus with suspicious hypoechoic areas in anterior and posterior myometrium in body. I am getting periods in every 15 days with back ache and lower abd pain. The Doctor prescribed Azid 250mg bid for 3 days, Iron and folic acid tablets for 30 days. Tab AF 150 mg (anti fungal) 1 tab. After using that tabs it was good for 2 months. But now again iam getting periods once in 15 days with backache and lower abd pain. Can u suggest what might be it is.
