Suggest Treatment For A Bump On The Shaft Of The Penis

Hey doc About 3 months ago I had a bump show up on my shaft it itched really bad. It was eventually under the skin. It looked like herps or a yeast infection. The itch was horrible and it spread to my scrotum. One day I poured hydrogen peroxide on penis and scrotum and it looked like yellow bumps under skin began popping up. I freaked out. It eventually looked like I had balanitis, my foreskin was swollen and was hard to retract, I began to think the worst. My groin isn t as itchy but my only problem now is that my scrotum keeps moving. I can literally look down and see it moving and it does not stop. It looks like my testicles are retracting continuously. I also found a lump that I don t remember being there. I will also note I have two decaying wisdom teeth. I just hope that s what is causing my health problems and not some STD. Any insight or advice would be helpful. Thank you
