Suggest Treatment For A Cervical Polyp

I was diagnosed with a second endo-cervical polyp last week. (the other was removed in march) I have had very heavy constant bleeding for two months now. (also iron deficient anemia) I have an apt with my gyn on Thursday. Tonight however, I am experiencing constant large clotting. from marble size to golf ball size. they are one after another after another almost constantly for a couple of hours now, should I go to the er?
