Suggest Treatment For A Clot In The Leg

Hello. I m worried I have a clot in my leg. It is below the glutes, in between the semitend. and the biceps femoris. It is in the posterior. About the size of a quarter, with smooth edges as you palpate. How do you distinguish between clot and muscle soreness. It feels much harder than a tendon. My leg is not cold or red.
