Suggest Treatment For A Colon Like Growth In The Vagina

I need help! I recently had my period, so I know I am not pregnant. I stuck a finger inside, just to double check that everything was as it should be, and I felt like my colon was inside of my vagina :( I don't know what to do, I'm panicking. This has never happened before. I can feel it pretty close to when I insert a finger, and I don't know what it could possibly be, and it does not smell pleasant either. I'm extremely worried :( Please help shed some light on what this could be.
