Suggest Treatment For A Cyst Detected In Vaginal Ultrasound

hi i am a 46 yr old turning 47 in a month, i was on deprovaria needle for contraception for about 2yrs,i was getting hot flushes, bed sweats, mood swings.i ask if i was menopausal and they tested me but said due to the injection it was hard to say.my mum and granma both started and finished 40-43yr over and done.so i went off the injection 4 yrs ago maybe a bit more and never got a period so i assumed i had gone through menapause not even a drop ever, mood swings and flushes stoped within the first yr off the needle ,so 3 yrs in total of sweats and hot flushes. i now have bleed for 9 days stopping yesterday black clots and red and yuk,saw doc they ordereda vaginal ultrasound it showed post menopausal with 6mm thickness and a solidhetereogeneous solid lesion measure 1.45x1.7x1.6cm prob dermoid which i had 5 yr AGO only 3mm then, and new tome is cyst 1.4x2.5x2.5 containing smaller cyst within measuring 6mm.normal sized anteverted uterus with heterogeneous myometrium. out come thick for a postmenapausal patient.

what do you think the gyno will do..

my doc say they may do hysterectomy as it is thick nd bleed as if they do a abalation and left any it may turn to cancer but they will biopsy first she said is this right.. am i at risk of uterine cancer as my doc said take it day by day
