Suggest Treatment For A Cyst In Between Anus And Vagina

So not long ago I had a tear at the rim of my anus. Its not uncommon, my bf and I sometimes, yeah. But it soon turned into a flap, I thought it just tore on both sides leavin it like, hangin. But then it seemed like a zit. I tried messin with it, (bad choice) and it barely pussed and bled a lot. It seemes like a cyst type thing, but it also has a hole. Maybe I just emptied it? Its not even pea sized and is inbetween my bhole and v. Im 20. I read many things similar, but not postive on any.

I should suggest you to once visit hospital and get examined by a surgeon. He may order sinogram study to check if that cyst/opening has any deeper communication. Further management will be done accordingly. If its simple cyst then surgeon will discuss its removal.
