Suggest Treatment For A Cyst On The Vagina

I have a "cyst" on the outer part of my vagina...it reoccurs in the same spot every now and then...I shave down there on a daily basis and before when it has come up i have usually found a long ingrown hair...however this time i didn't. It usually has a purple appearance and when I pop it blood comes out along with a little bit of white pus...I am concerned and need answers as to what it might be and what might be causing it? Could it be from scar tissue that is irritated when i shave??
