Suggest Treatment For A Delay In Periods

Hi Doctor, I started working in the night shift from past one and half month, I was due for my periods on 28th March and till date i haven t got them. In the first week on April, i was diagnosed with Urine infection and treatment was given. As I was late with my cycle, my doctor gave me sysron tablets for three days..its been 5 days and I haven t got my periods..Till when I am suppose to wait for my periods to start as there is lot of discomfort and pain..please suggest..
