Suggest Treatment For A Delayed Menstrual Period And Tender Breasts

hi. about a year ago i had a copper coil fitted and my periods continued on a regular monthly cycle. i am now a over a week overdue my period, my left side is sore feels like a stitch. i took a pregnancy test this morning it came up as negative.my breasts are tender and painful and fuller. now what??
