Suggest Treatment For A Delayed Menstrual Period With Negative Pregnancy Test

Hi. I am around 5 days over due. My period should have been due on 12th march. On the 8th of march I had lower abdominal cramping on my left side only which also radiated down my left thigh. This cramping lasted for about 4 to 5 hours. I have not had the cramping since than. Also going further back on the 3rd of march I had a faint pink stained discharge which only lasted the one day. I have done a pregnancy test and it's negative.
