Suggest Treatment For A Delayed Menstrual Period With Negative Pregnancy Test

Hi there.. I changed birth control pills last month and was supposed to have my period starting last sunday but i didn't get it. I was also very stressed this week so i was thinking that might be the reason. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative, but i'm a little worried because i've never skipped a period before. What should i do?
