Suggest Treatment For A Fleshy Piece At The Vaginal Opening

I am 21. I have a tonsil looking fleshy piece hanging out the back of my vaginal opening. I have had it my whole life, and have never thought if was anything unusual. Recently, however, it has become incredibly painful! When i move, stand from sitting, or have intercourse. What is this?
