Suggest Treatment For A Fluid Filled Lump In Scrotal Region
Embarrased - had a small pea size pimple in my scotum about center halfway down. Kept messing with it.... yesterday tried to squeeze it, again, within a day it seems to have turned into a large masss inside and even has spread towards the the area where my skin meets my right inner leg. Was not like this 24hrs ago. Seems like there is water in there? What do I do now?

Hi.
The squeezing of your lump on the scrotum must have cause either the infection to spread or would have caused hematoma formation and that has spread too much.
In such a situation you should report to the Doctor to have a look at the situation and get proper medication or reference for the General Surgeon.
Now stop doing any fondling around.
You may please apply liquid povidone iodine locally and take Ibuprofen.
Have scrotal support.
