Suggest Treatment For A Hard Lump On The Testicle

I ll be 55 next week. I have a hard area on my right testicle. There is no pain or swelling but feels as though the lower 1/3 of the testicle is like a hard knot. I began to notice this mid last week and have a horrible healthcare plan. Is this common?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of a hard lump on the right testicle and that too involving the lower 1/3rd of it. There is no pain.
This no pain is an indication that it may be due to cancer and thus has to be rules out immediately by an ultrasonography and MRI if needed.
You may need further investigations of CT scan or MRI of the abdomen and the chest for possible affection of lymph nodes.
Follow the instruction of an Urologist or Oncosurgeon.
