Suggest Treatment For A Hard Painful Lump On The Cheek

I got hit in the face with a softball about 3 weeks ago, I had a huge black eye the bruising is gone but I have a hard lump underneath my cheek bone and it hurts. I when to the hospital 2days after I got hit they said I had a head injury and the MRI showed nothing broken should I be worried.

The injury has caused local healing and fibrosis which is now being felt as hard lump. There is nothing to worry as it is not going to harm you.
