Suggest Treatment For A Herniated Disk

i just got dissability but have to wait a yr for insurance just moved to granbury whos indigent insurance wont help for a yr when my dissability insurance kicks in im in constant pain and cant get help im treated as a junkie when i ask for pain meds i have a 9 mm herniated disk that also slips out of place constantly do i have to writh in pain for a year or can someone help me
