Suggest Treatment For A Ill Visualized Uterus

During the abdomino pelvic ultrasoography for 16 year old girl, it is seen that the uterus is not well visualized. There is evidence of small learner hypoechoic area in the midline measuring 1.0X0.4 CM posterior to urinary bladder - hypo plastic uterus.

Ovaries are not visualized. However no adnexal mass noted.

Please suggest us about her future and treatment.
