Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of itchy rash on the buttock which seems to be due to improper cleanliness of area, due to hair follicle infection by bacteria, clogging of skin pores and due to fungal infection. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to maintain cleanliness of area and keep it dry. You should apply topical antibacterial ointment mupirocin on it. Avoid touching or pricking it. Wear loose clothes. Take oral antibiotic course as well. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. You should get skin patch test and blood test done to find exact cause of infection.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
