Suggest Treatment For A Large Hard Bump On The Neck

I have a hard bump on the right side where end of neck and collarbone meet. It feels as hard like bone but it is different from my left side. it does not move at all. I have not pain. a week ago I lost my voice but just for a few days. I have also had on and off itchy/ sore throat. but right now I am fine. What could it be?

Hi.
As per your case history you may be having either a sebaceous cyst or a lymph node enlargement or some other benign growth.
My advice is -
1. It may be simple lymph node enlargement due to your throat infection. It will subside on its own once infection subsides.
2. As it is not moving it is definitely not a lipoma.
3. It may be sebaceous cyst, which needs to be excised.
4. If it is other growth then a skin biopsy may be needed.

It is better to consult a dermatologist for perfect diagnosis and treatment.

Thanks.
