Suggest Treatment For A Large Lymphocele On Upper Thigh

My husband has a large lymphocele on the upper thigh near the groin area, a result of surgery where doctor needed to replace a vein elsewhere, so they took it from here. It is very enlarged, feels like skin is stretching, red and hot, and painful.. He is taking Tylenol extra strength to alleviate pain. Any advice?
