Suggest Treatment For A Large Painful Bump On The Head

i have a painful huge bump on the back of my head, a little bigger than a quarter. I thought maybe it was a pimple or something similar so i squeezed it and just a little blood came out. Could this be a spider bite or something i should be concerned about?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some scalp infection like furunculosis, dandruff or fungal infection causing this bump.
consult your doctor and get examined.
After go for treatment accordingly.
Have regular hair wash regularly.
Ok and take care.
