As per your query you have yellow blisters on back of your throat . The most probably reason for yellow blisters is a condition known as pharyngitis . Pharyngitis is inflammation of the pharynx at the back of the throat. This can cause a sore throat ,which appear yellow . Viruses are the most common cause of pharyngitis , but some pharyngitis are caused by bacterial infections. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles several times a day , also do betadine gargles and consult ENT specialist or proper examination . Doctor may order throat swab test , virus culture test or blood test . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like amoxicillin or penicillin at leat for 10 days along with anti inflammatory .
