Suggest Treatment For A Lump And Persistent Pain In Shin Post A Sports Injury At The Same Spot About 3 Weeks Ago

I was hit in the leg with a softball approximately 3 weeks ago, then again 2 weeks ago in about the same spot, and I am still feeling pain in my shin when I touch the area or put a ton of weight on it (like when I m jumping or skipping.) However, there is no visible bruising anymore, but there is a hard lump where I got hit that has not gone away and does not seem to be swelling.
