Suggest Treatment For A Lump Appearing On The Labia Minora

I gave birth to my daughter in 2013 and had to be stitched, once they healed i had a hard bump, almost like a ball on my labia minora i assumed it was just a knot from the stitches that had not disolved yet, but a year later i still have the bump and a few more. I got tested for an STD during my pregnancy and have had the same partner for 2 years. What could it be? and should i be concerned?
