Suggest Treatment For A Lump At The Back Of Throat

I m having intense pain where my right wisdom tooth is. Most of it has crowned and the base doesn t appear to be inflamed but the pain is throughout. The outside of my cheek hurts, I can t open my mouth very wide, and it s hard to talk, chew, or swallow. When I do swallow, it s painful and I tried checking the back of my throat today and found that there s pea-sized swollen things with white there.

Read your query as you have intense pain and swelling in wisdom tooth this can be due to impacted wisdom tooth (mesioangular) causing pain in throat and reduced mouth opening . For this I will suggest you to consult oral surgeon and go for investigation iopa xray of tooth to evaluate the cause of pain . Inmeantime do warm saline gargle and you can take medicine like Diclomol SP or Zerodol SP for pain .
