Yes I’m having problems going number two I’m not putting that much they should be and nothing comes out hurts so bad after they have about multi and Take a little lump in my rectum I m thinking maybe hemorrhoids hard to push out poop and sometimes nothing comes out

I really appreciate your concern, it could be the feeling of incomplete evacuation and it is the common complaint seen but it is not the disease but it is kind of functional disorders, it may not be hemorrhoids, drink more water, have some fiber diet, at the most chances of some infection need to be ruled out and for that better to get done the stool examination hope this information helps.
