Suggest Treatment For A Lump Inside The Vagina

I have found an oblong shaped lump inside my vagina its almost protruding outwards. I felt it when I was washing when I looked with a mirror I noticed a red lump. Im also quite irritated n itchy down ther n it doesnt feel nice when I wee. Im 27 years old and not sexually active.
