Suggest Treatment For A Lump On The Buttocks Due To An Injury

I'm a 49 year old male about 6'1" and 215 lbs. I fell not once but twice in the same spot on my right side of my buttocks. I was trying to roller blade with my son. Anyway it was very painful and a very large and deep back and blue. But there is also a soft lump and still some severe pain when I touch a certail way. This happened about 2 weeks ago and the black and blue is going away but not the lump. Any suggestions?
