Suggest Treatment For A Lump On The Labia

Hello, a few weeks ago I found a pea sized solid lump underneath the skin inside my upper right labia majora. Two days ago it quadrupeled in size and is now sore to the touch. It does not appear to be a pimple or ingrown hair, there is no head or white bump. I have been placing warm compresses on it off and on all day but the size has not subsided and it's still sore to the touch.
