Suggest Treatment For A Lump On The Rib Cage

I have a lump by my ribs on my left side. Doesn t seem to be my rib bones. Been there for about 3 yrs. It is starting to make my side ache especially when I am walking or standing when I am out. Not sure if it is cartaledge bumped up. It is perhaps a couple inches down from side of my left breast. It runs horizontal. I asked my Dr. twice what it was and he said he didn t know what it was. I guess because I wasn t there for that reason... he didn t do anything.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some soft tissue tumor like lipoma, neurofibroma or dermatofibroma. Or it may be some other benign or malignant tumour. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis.
Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
