Suggest Treatment For A Lump On The Shoulder

Hi I got a lump which appeared on my left side of shoulder (no redness or no color change), just under the skin and when I press, it pains but nothing apart from that. Not swollen, just while touching, I can feel the lump. Something appeared on my left thigh and I noticed it three days ago while having shower. What could be? Thank you.

well these are benign cyst-like tumors that should not be cause to worry much!

these could be lipoma, neurofibroma or just sebaceous cyts1

you can go for an FNAC test for confirmation.

all the best!
