Suggest Treatment For A Lump On The Testicle

i have a lump in my left testicle, ive been told by the hospital and someone from nhs direct it could be a cyst, its very painful and i have trouble laying down with it, ive been prescribed antibiotics for it. Even though i have been told it could be minor, i am still worried it might be serious, my name is Tarren, i am 24 years of age.

Hi.
Lump in the left testicle with such a severe pain that you have trouble laying down with it.
I would advise you to go for Ultrasonography of the area and color doppler and to get an opinion of an Urologist.
This can be a torsion or some bleeding in the pre-existing cyst or so and may needs urgent surgery too.
