Suggest Treatment For A Lump On The Wrist

hi i have a really weird lump on my wrist... i can only see the lump when i squeze my palms together or if i pickup something heavy, and when i squeze it, it dissapears and slowly come back angain within 3 seconds, also when i squeze it, it REALLY squishy and i can almost like feel liquid moving around... please help me!!!
