Suggest Treatment For A Lump Under The Jaw

My son has this small lump under his left jaw line which he can move and bring it over on his jaw bone! He says it s a little sore when he touches and when he puts his neck down on that side. Any clue what it could be? He was sick a couple weeks ago stomach virus and sore throat so not sure what it could be

Hi,
It is nothing but enlarged sub mandibular lymph node.
Nothing to worry.
There might be having some infection in the mouth or in teeth like carious tooth.
If require consult dentist and get examined.
Ok and take care.
