Suggest Treatment For A Missed Period With Negative HPT

I havent gotten my period yet and today is the 29th of September the last time I got my period was round about the 18th of August and before that on the 1st of July. I have had a white discharge for a long time and today it went a brownish colour. I have taken a home pregnancy test but it was negative, my breasts are tender. I have also been having trouble sleeping and have been using sleeping pills and once or twice taken anti depressents. please help do not know what to do.
