Suggest Treatment For A Missed Period With Negative Pregnancy Test

I am a 31year old woman and i last had a period at the begining of march even though im normally regular. a GP took blood and urine samples for pregnancy testing and they came back negative. I was given prescription of provera 10mg tablets and finished it but i still havent had a period.
