Suggest Treatment For A Movable Bump In Neck Along With Lower Back Problems

Im 25 and I have a moveable what feels like bump on what I would assume is the tendon in the middle of the back of neck on the right side. It does not hurt at all it just seems different than the other side. Somtimes I feel muscle strain in my neck and suffer from lower back problems.
